If you are found to be over the legal limit for alcohol or drugs, you can be prosecuted for the offences of drink driving or drug driving. A conviction of this kind will result in a minimum 12-month disqualification unless the court finds ‘special reasons’ not to impose a disqualification. As a result, the offence can have serious and far-reaching consequences for your livelihood and employment. Depending on the level of intoxication, you could be made subject to a Community Order or in some circumstances, imprisonment.
It is therefore hugely beneficial to seek expert advice prior to attending Court. At Paul Robinson Solicitors, we can provide you with advice on the evidence against you, the likely outcome of your case and whether there are any grounds to avoid a mandatory disqualification.

OUR CLIENTS SAY…
“I received the best treatment and the head of the department Michelle Breindel defended me. The prosecution wanted to send my case to Crown court with a possible custodial sentence, but Michelle put it to them that it was only an unintentional breach. I just received a fine and it was dealt with in the magistrates that day.”
