“My direct and straightforward approach, offering sensible, firm, and child focused advice, whilst fully supporting my clients, will help clients to find the best way forward for their children. A no nonsense, “let’s get down to the nitty gritty facts of the matter” approach may at times be quite hard in practice, but in the long run can assist in getting to the heart of the problem, and result in finding the most effective solution. Being a Law Society Children Panel member means I have a unique insight into the way children feel and are effected when their family separates or gets involved in an on-going and serious dispute. I endeavour to do all my own case Court advocacy as often my clients prefer me to represent them. This ensures continuity and provides the necessary support to clients through what can often be a very emotional and stressful times.”
