Aysha was admitted as a solicitor in 2008 and has obtained both her Duty Solicitor and Police Station Accreditations.
Aysha joined Paul Robinson in 2022 having worked for a London firm for 14 years as senior solicitor, working predominantly on serious cases within their Crown Court Department but also attending Court and Police Stations. Aysha deals with all aspects of criminal work particularly serious criminal offences such as rape, murder, serious violent crime, and large scale multi-handed conspiracies. She has also specialised in human trafficking and modern slavery defences.
Aysha is accomplished in dealing with all manner of client but especially vulnerable clients including those with mental health issues. She prides herself on the reputation she has built amongst clients and counsel for her client care, clear advice and dedication to every case. She is extremely thorough, analysing each case for weaknesses in the prosecution evidence and actively seeking ways to strengthen her client’s defence, including through experts, witnesses and extensive investigation.
