Charlotte Worley
Associate Licensed Conveyancer
Charlotte graduated with a joint Law and Business Administration Degree from Derby University. She started working with the ICC Commercial Crime Bureau on graduating and went on to become a qualified Licensed Conveyancer having held a full Licence since 2005.
Charlotte has a wealth of experience in the property sector having worked as an Editor at Lexis Nexis in London on their property titles and with Stewart Title also in the City, working with specialist underwriters on defective property title issues.
Having spent 6 years in Devon as an Associate at Ashfords Solicitors, Charlotte returned to the South East in 2014 working at the Chelmsford city law firm Gepp Solicitors and joined Paul Robinson in 2020.
She has particular expertise in the following areas:

- Transfers of Equity
- Applications to the Land Registry for adverse possession
- Re-mortgages
