Cosima is a Corporate Solicitor with experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions and governance matters. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and general company law, acting for clients across various sectors and at different stages of the business lifecycle. Cosima has particular experience drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and shareholder arrangements. Cosima also advises on share buybacks, loan agreements, corporate constitutions, and company secretarial matters. Cosima’s work often involves guiding clients through complex legal and commercial issues, delivering advice that is both technically sound and strategically aligned with their commercial objectives.

Cosima acts for a diverse client base that includes privately owned companies, founders, institutional and private investors, and management teams. Cosima regularly supports clients on both the buy-side and sell-side of transactions, and works closely with accountants and tax advisers to ensure smooth execution.
