Emily began her legal career with Paul Robinson in 2021, having initially joined as a paralegal whilst completing her LPC training at the University of Law.  Emily successfully qualified in 2023 into the firms Dispute Resolution team, where she has specialised in Real Estate and General Litigation, receiving a well-deserved promotion to Associate in 2026.

Emily’s client base ranges from individuals to small and medium-sized enterprises, in relation to both low and high value claims. Her workload includes the progression of cases in the County Court, the High Court and the Residential Property and Land Registration Divisions of the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). 

Emily has progressed quickly in her career which is a testament to the knowledge and professionalism which she exhibits in relation to all of her matters.  Emily is commercially minded, ensuring her clients not only receive full advice, but are directed on the most efficient and cost-effective manner in which to proceed.   She is straight forward in her approach, ensuring her clients are fully advised and understand their position to enable them to navigate the best course of action. 

Emily is a keen supporter of the Pathway to Employment Programme, which offers year 10 and year 12 students the opportunity to practice their interview skills for their future careers.  Emily also frequently attends careers events in local secondary schools to support the future of the legal profession.
