Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and is a duty solicitor and accredited police station representative. Emma joined Paul Robinson Solicitors LLP in November 2011 and specialises in all aspects of criminal defence work. Whilst Emma conducts a significant amount of work in the Magistrates and Youth courts, she has substantial experience of the gravest Crown Court matters including murder, other serious violence, sexual offences, firearms offences and fraud. In particular, Emma has developed a niche area of expertise in respect of serious sexual offences and her cases are often reported in the media.
