Gemma graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in 2013 achieving a 2:1 LLB Honours Degree.
Gemma joined Paul Robinson Solicitors LLP in November 2013 as a Paralegal assisting another fee earner with a wide range of Property matters. Gemma has for the last 5 years worked on her own case load in our busy Residential Property department having advanced to an Associate Conveyancing Executive and specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Gemma deals with Residential Property work including:
- Buying and selling residential freehold and leasehold property
- Transfers of Equity
- Re-mortgages
- Leases
- Auction sales and Purchases
