Jennifer joined Paul Robinson in 2022, having had a long and varied career. Having trained and qualified in 1999 at a City Firm, Jennifer initially specialised in Trade Union Personal Injury Work, before becoming a lecturer in 2003 at the University of Law, where she trained the future of the legal profession. Missing the cut and thrust of ‘real’ litigation Jennifer returned to practice in 2010, working in both Claimant and Defendant Personal Injury firms, before moving to general and commercial litigation in 2018, and focusing her career on Real Estate Litigation in 2022.
Jennifer is able to use her vast experience to act in all types of matters, ranging from low value possession work to high value Trust of Land disputes. She is well versed in progressing cases in the County Court and the High Court as well as representing her clients in mediations.
Having nearly 30 years of experience in the dispute resolution field, enables Jennifer to think of unique ways to resolve disputes, even where the parties can become entrenched in their positions. Jennifer is sympathetic to her client’s needs to enable them to receive tailored advice and support.
Jennifer is also a keen supporter of the Pathway to Employment Programme, which offers year 10 and year 12 students the opportunity to practice their interview skills for their future careers.
