Linda joined Paul Robinson in 2026 as a solicitor in the firm’s Contested Wills, Estate and Trusts Department. She qualified as a solicitor in 2022 at a London Law firm before gaining further experience at a City Firm.
Linda adopts a pragmatic and straightforward approach to dispute resolution, focusing on identifying the key issues at an early stage and advising clients on the most effective route towards achieving a favourable outcome. She recognises that disputes involving estates, trusts and inheritance often arise during difficult personal circumstances and takes the time to understand each client’s individual situation. By combining empathy with clear, practical advice, Linda helps clients navigate complex disputes with confidence, ensuring they fully understand both the strengths and potential risks of their case.
Linda is committed to exploring opportunities for early resolution wherever possible, whilst providing robust representation when litigation becomes necessary. She explains complex legal issues in clear and accessible terms, enabling clients to make informed decisions throughout the course of their matter.
Her caseload includes a broad range of contentious probate and trust disputes, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, as well as equitable claims involving proprietary estoppel, constructive trusts, resulting trusts and disputes under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA). She acts in matters of varying complexity and value, with cases progressing through both the County Court and High Court.
