Lorraine joined Paul Robinson in June 2009, having trained in an East London firm, qualifying in 2006. Lorraine initially specialised in Real Estate and Personal Injury matters, focusing her practice on Real Estate Litigation in more recent years.
Lorraine is experienced in acting for individuals and companies, with matters ranging in value from small claims to multi-million-pound disputes. She is well versed in progressing cases in the County Court, the High Court, and the Land Registration and Residential Property Divisions of the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
Having the need to progress a dispute to court is a stressful time for all involved. With nearly 20 years of experience, Lorraine is able to offer straight forward and simple advice to her clients, whilst also thinking outside of the box, to maximise the possibility of a quick resolution to each matter she attends to. Lorraine is able to understand the needs of each of her clients, to ensure that the progression of the matter, and any settlement, is right for them.
Lorraine is also our Training Partner, supervising our current trainees to ensure that they have a bright future in the legal profession. She is also a keen supporter of the Pathway to Employment Programme, which offers year 10 and year 12 students the opportunity to practice their interview skills for their future careers.
