Qualifications: 2019 LLB (Hons); 2021 LLM; 2021 PgDip Law

Joined Paul Robinson Solicitors: 2024

Megan qualified in 2022, having trained at a firm in Northampton.  Megan joined Paul Robinson in 2024, initially in this firm’s residential conveyancing department.  Missing the pace of contentious work however, Megan transferred to the Real Estate Litigation Department in 2026, where her real talents are now evident.

Megan acts for individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises, in relation to a range of property-based disputes, including matters which cover both leasehold and freehold work.

Megan’s previous background in the transactional side of property transactions provides her with a unique insight into the background to all of her disputes and sets her above her counterparts in her knowledge of the creation and persistence of legal titles.  This provides Megan with a unique ability to consider settlement options, to enable her clients to reach early settlement and resolution. Megan is able to advise her clients in simple terms enabling them to navigate the complexities of contested real estate matters with ease and peace of mind.
