Rajinder has worked in Regional Firms for the majority of her career, having qualified as a solicitor in 1997.  Having begun her career as a general litigator, including personal injurt work, property litigation, and general litigation matters, Rajinder focused her career on contentious probate work in 2019. 

With nearly three decades of legal experience, Rajinder is able to advise and represent clients on a wide range of contentious probate and trust disputes. Alongside being a litigator, she is an independently accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator, as well as a Workplace Disputes Mediator. These roles allow Rajinder to provide full and balanced advice to her clients, helping them find a resolution, often avoiding the stress, cost, and time of litigation.

Rajinder has a strong track record of successfully managing a wide range of contentious probate claims, varying in complexity and value, with Rajinder advising on multi-million-pound estates, and with cases being progressed in both the County and High Courts.

Rajinder is a strong believer in the principle that “litigation is a last resort,” and brings both empathy and strategy to her work.
