Rezwana graduated with First Class Honours in the MLaw (Exempting) degree at Northumbria University, integrating a traditional law degree, legal practice course and a master in law.

She qualified as a Solicitor in October 2020 and joined Paul Robinson Solicitors in January 2022.

Rezwana can competently offer comprehensive legal advice to clients, observing all aspects of their legal issue and taking into account the wider implications. In doing so, Rezwana is able to provide clients tailored advice to suit their individual needs.

Areas of Expertise

She can assist people in ensuring their legal affairs are in order, both during their lifetime and upon their death. She has a particular expertise in the following areas: –

-Making a Will/Codicil– to ensure your wishes are carried out, and your loves ones are not left with unnecessary heartache, and financial problems;

-Lasting Power of Attorney– to ensure that should you become unable to make decisions relating to your financial and property affairs or health and welfare, a person you trust has the authority to make decisions on your behalf;

-Trust Creation/ Tax Planning- to ensure you take advantage of tax allowances enabling you to get the most out of what you pass on to your loved ones without resulting in the payment of preventable inheritance tax; and

-Estate and Trust Administration– to ensure that grant of representation is obtained, and the deceased’s estate is administered as required during what can be a really challenging time for the deceased’s loved ones.
