Seth was admitted as a Solicitor in 2008 and obtained Duty Solicitor status in 2009. He has over a decade of experience as a criminal defence Solicitor. Seth joined Paul Robinson from another local criminal defence firm where he had worked since 2006.
Seth deals with all aspects of criminal defence work, from the police station to the Court of Appeal. He represents clients on issues ranging from road traffic and shoplifting, to murder, serious sexual offences and large-scale criminal conspiracies. Seth regularly attends at the police station and at the Magistrates Court, providing advocacy in both the youth and adult court.
Seth has a particular interest in road traffic matters including ‘totting up’ and exceptional hardship arguments, excess alcohol/drugs offences, special reasons arguments and careless or dangerous driving. He provides robust advice and effective advocacy.
Seth is known for giving clear and decisive advice. He is always approachable and compassionate, and is skilled at dealing with vulnerable clients. Seth is very aware of the stress that comes with any criminal proceedings and adopts a calm and reassuring approach in every case.
