Jemmar joined Paul Robinson Solicitors in 2018, specialising in residential and commercial property and has experience in planning and commercial finance, dealing predominantly with property developers and overseas investors.
Jemmar deals with a variety of commercial property transactions, including: Commercial property leases including renewals, assignments and surrenders, Refinancing, Buying and Selling Commercial and Residential Freehold and Leasehold Property, Business Asset Sale and Purchase Transactions and Landlorf and Tenant matters.

We cannot recommend Jemma Attfield at Paul Robinson solicitors enough. We were introduced to Jemmar in early January as we needed a solicitor to deal with all legal aspects of a house purchase using a bespoke finance arrangement.
