Our spotlight of the month for September is Tracey Watts, Conveyancer in our Residential Property team.
Tracey has worked for property solicitors for many years. She gained most of her experience working for a law firm specializing in residential and commercial conveyancing in the West End of London. At this firm Tracey gained many years experience dealing with property investors and high net worth clients.
Tracey moved back to work in Essex eight years ago and has worked on her own case load for the past five years.
Tracey deals with residential property transactions on the following:-
- Buying and selling both freehold and leasehold properties
- Re-Mortgages
- Transfer of Equity
- Right to Buy
