Our Spotlight of the month for August is Lorraine Lancaster, Partner within our Litigation Team, located at our Southend office.
Lorraine’s work mainly consists of property based Litigation, including Landlord and Tenant Disputes and Possession Proceedings. She is also available to take instructions as regards the drafting and preparation of Tenancy Agreements.
Lorraine also takes instructions on general contractual based disputes, including debt collection and undertakes some PI work.
