Outstanding and heartwarming experience
I can’t thank Annette Lowen and her Assistant Jenny enough for the fantastic guidance they have given me during a very emotional couple of weeks. Annette was straight to point with a plan of action , her no nonsense but very compassionate approach gave me the confidence to tackle what had to be done, Jenny was sure to keep in contact with me to see how things where proceeding and offered support with being mindful to my limited budget. The personal care I received from them was second to none. Again I can’t thank you enough.
